Recipe for Chicken Daal Kebabs
Ingredients
- Boneless chicken – ½ k
- Eggs – 2
- Thinly chopped onion – 2
- Boiled potato – 1
- Fresh coriander – ½ bunches
- Salt – to taste
- Thinly chopped green chillies – 6
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Boiled chana dal – ½ cup
- Mace powder – ¼ tsp
- Red crushed chilli – 2 tbsp
- Mint – ½ bunches
- Ginger flakes – 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 2 tsp
- Dry coriander – 2 tsp
- Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Cooking Directions
in a pan, add chicken, dry coriander, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, red crushed chilli, mace powder, ginger garlic paste and salt, cook until chicken is done and water dries.
Then add boiled potato and boiled daal (lentil) and grind them well. Then add green chillies, mint, onion, fresh coriander, ginger and lightly beaten eggs, mix well.
Give them round kebab shape and shallow fry from both sides until golden brown. Serve with any sauce (chutney).
