Recipe for Mint Chutney
Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves :- 1 bunch
- Green chilies :- 2 nos
- Tamarind pulp :- 1 tbsp
- Salt :- as per taste
- Water:- as required
Cooking Directions
For making tamarind pulp, take some tamarind and soak it in water for two hours.
Filter the mixture in the bowl, making use of a spoon. Add water and tamarind juice is ready
Readymade tamarind pulps are also available. Clean the mint leaves.
Put green chilies, tamarind juice and salt and make a smooth paste by grinding it
To make the mixture thick, add little water.
