Recipe for Coconut Sqaures
Ingredients
- Samosa Pattie 8
- Coconut (dessicated) 4 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Mix all the above in coconut.
Cut the samosa patties in half (long ways), put the two pattees across and the filling in the centre and fold into a square, stick with flour paste and shallow fry.
They can be frozen as well.
