Recipe for Green Onion and Coriander Raita
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh chopped coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- dash of ground cumin
- 1 - 2 cups plain yogurt (250 - 500ml)
Cooking Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill well before serving.
