Recipe for Tomato Raita
Ingredients
- 250 gm yogurt
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green chilies, chopped
- 4 curry leaves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp crushed pepper
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium high heat.
Fry chopped garlic and curry leaves for 2 minutes or until its start crackling.
When the aroma arises add tomatoes, green chilies, salt, mustard seeds and crushed pepper.
Stir well. Remove from the heat. Beat yogurt in a bowl.
Add tomato mixture in the yogurt.
Mix well. Tomato Raita is ready to serve.
