Recipe for Yogurt with Bananas Raita
Ingredients
- 3 cups biodynamic organic whole milk yogurt
- 4 large ripe bananas
- lemon juice to taste
- 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- Seasonings
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon toasted cumin (heat in a skillet until fragrant)
- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Cooking Directions
Blend all ingredients except the seasonings.
Garnish with toasted cumin and red chili pepper.
Serve chilled.
