Recipe for Suji Ki Kheer

Ingredients

  • Sugar 10 tbsp
  • Zarda Colour as required
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Pistachios (chopped) as required
  • Semolina 6 tbsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Water luke warm
  • Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut Dried thin slice
  • Ghee 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Heat ghee add cardamom powder and samolina fry till golden brown.

Put milk whilst stirring continuously. Cook a few minutes then add sugar.

When semolina become thicken add coconut slices, saffron and a pinch of zarda color.

Cook more 30-40 minutes. Garnish with chopped pistachio and serve.
