Recipe for Dry Bhel Puri Chaat
Ingredients
- Masala Mumra
- Sev (thin ones from market)
- Green Chutney
- Chaat masala
- finely Chopped tomatoes
- finely Chopped onions
- Coriander leaves- finely chopped
- Lemon to taste
- Raw mangoes- finely chopped
Cooking Directions
Mix the mumras and sev to gather and set aside
In a serving bowl add chutney To this add chopped tomatoes, onions, mango
Mix it well Add mumra- sev mixture Mix it well again Sprinkle lemon on top Little bit of chaat masala
Garnish with cilantro and serve well with masala chai
