• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsps milk powder
• 4 tbsps caster sugar
• 2 tbsps instant yeast
• 4 tbsps butter
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 4 tbsps coco powder
• 1/2 tbsp butter
• 3 tbsps cream
• 1 tbsp water

For Doughnuts:
Mix flour,caster sugar,milk powder,instant yeast,egg,3 tbsp melted butter and knead it with warm water

Place the dough in greased bowl covered and keep aside for one hour.

Cut the doughnuts with doughnut cutter.Put them in a tray and let them raise for one hour.

Deep fry them on medium heat till they are light golden in color.
For Icing:

Mix icing sugar,coco powder,cream,water, butter and heat it till its thick.

Dip the doughnuts in chocolate sauce and put some sprinkles on them.
