• 1/2 cup Nuts, finely chopped
• 1 cup Chicken mince
• 1/4 cup Bamboo shoots
• 2 cups Hukka noodles boiled
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup Salsa
• 4 tbsps Mint leaf

In a pan heat one tbsp of oil and add chicken mince.

Cook until mince is brown in color.

Stir in noodles and salsa Stir until heated

Add nuts onion and bamboo shoots.

Cook Serve and sprinkled with mint leaves.
