Recipe for Pasandey Aloo Waley
Ingredients
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 small (chopped)
- Tomatoes 2 (tomato)
- Potatoes 2
- Dry red chilies 2
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ½ tsp (crushed)
- Red pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
- Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
- Green chilies 2 – 3 big
Cooking Directions
Cut undercut into steaks, flatten very well using hammer.
Heat oil in a wok, add ginger garlic paste and beef pieces.
Fry very well till water dries.
Then add onion, tomatoes, potatoes, dry red chilies and salt.
Also add a little water, cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes till potatoes are tender.
Lastly add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, coriander leaves and big green chilies cut into halves.
Mix well and dish it out.
Serve hot.
