Recipe for Khatoo Mithoo Bhejoo
Ingredients
- Goat’s brains 4
- Finely sliced onions 4 large
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Tomatoes chopped 2
- Green chilies 4 (chopped)
- Vinegar 3 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1-1/2 tbsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Oil or ghee 3 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Wash brain remove vains and soak into 2 tbsp vinegar mixed water.
In pan heat oil or ghee and fry onions till brown.
Add ginger garlic, tomatoes, green chilies now drain out vinegar from brain.
Add brain in to pan mix and cover.
Now add red chili powder, turmeric, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar.
Cover and cook on lower flame.
When done add chopped coriander leaves and salt then serve.
