Recipe for Kolfay Ka Saag

Ingredients

  • Kulfa 1 kg
  • Keri slice 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 2 tsp
  • Green chilies 4
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Mustard 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek 1/4 tsp
  • For Bhagar:
  • Curry leaves 20
  • Red chilies whole 4
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Onion 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard 1/2 tsp

Cooking Directions

Put kulfa, keri, salt, turmeric, green chilies and water in pan and boil it.

Now put cumin, coriander, mustard and fenugreek.

Then heat oil and put bhagar ingredients.

When brown, put garlic, curry leaves and red chilies.

Now put boiled kulfa, fry it nicely and close stove.
