Recipe for Reshmi Chicken Kabab
Ingredients
- Chicken mince 1/2 kg
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 6
- Small cardamom 6
- Salt to taste
- Kabab masala 1 tbsp
- Fresh cream 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Bread slices 2
- Gram flour 2 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
- Raw papaya 1/2 tbsp
- Oil as required
Cooking Directions
Mix chicken mince, bread slices and kabab masala and chop in chopper.
Now grind roasted gram flour, green chilies and mint leaves, make chutney, mix with mince and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Then mix raw papaya and small cardamom, make seekh kabab and shallow fry in little oil in frying pan.
When golden brown, take out in dish.
Serve with lemon onion, raita and green chilies chutney.
