Recipe for Dhaniya Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- All spices 3/4 tsp
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp heaped
- Chilly powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (chopped) 1/2 cup
- Green chilies (chopped) 2
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
In a pan heat oil put tomato paste and all ingredients except coriander powder.
Cut chicken in karahi pieces add in pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup water cover with lid and cook for 15 minutes till chicken tender.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves and green chilies.
Serve hot with naan or chapaties.
