• Eggs 2 (beaten)
• Bananas 3 (mashed)
• Water 3 ounce or 1/3 cup
• Oil 3 ounce or 1/3 cup
• Chocolate 3 ounce (chopped)
• Caster sugar 4 ounce or 1/2 cup
• All purpose flour 5 ounce or 10 tbsp
• Self raising flour 5 ounce
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Baking soda 1 tsp
• Salt ¼ tsp

Sieve the all purpose flour, self raising flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Add salt, stir in the caster sugar.

Mix together bananas, eggs, water and oil in a jug.

Pour this onto the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combine.

Fold in the chocolates, line a 12 whole muffin tin with 12 paper cases and fill with the mixture.

Bake in a pre-heated oven on 180 degree C for 30 minutes, remove and cool.

Delicious banana chocolate muffins is ready to serve.

Note: if you do not have self rising flour then take 10 oz of all purpose flour and 1-1/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of soda.
