• Flour 2 cups
• Baking powder 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1 tsp
• Mixed herbs 1 tsp
• Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
• Boiled shredded chicken ½ cup
• Grated cheddar cheese ½ cup
• Grated cheddar mozzarella ½ cup
• Capsicum ½ cups
• Onion ½ cup
• Sweet corn ½ cup
• Mushrooms ½ cup
• Carrots ½ cup
• Olives ½ cup
• Green chilies ½ cup
• Melted butter ½ cup
• Egg 1
• Milk 1 cup

In a big bowl mix backing powder and flour.

Add all spices and mix.

Put chicken, vegetables and grated cheese and mix until evenly combined.

Scoop this batter to lined muffin tray and bake for 15-18 minutes (until skewer inserted in center comes out clean) in preheated oven at 180 °C.
