• Boiled rice 250 gm
• Cabbage 1 cup Julians
• Spring onion thinly sliced 2
• Onion 1 sliced
• Carrot 1 sliced
• Capsicum 1 sliced
• Tomato 1 sliced seeds remove
• Oil ¼ cup
• Eggs 2 beaten
• Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
• Salt 1 tsp
• White pepper ½ tsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Heat oil fry crushed garlic, add beaten eggs, add all vegetables, seasonings, soya sauce with boiled rice.

Mix well and remove.

Serve.
