• Chicken 1 kg
• Corriander leaves 2 bunches
• Garlic 15 cloves
• Green chillies 8
• Yoghurt 1 pao
• Salt to taste
• Oil 3/4 Cup
• White cumin seeds 1 tsp heaped
• Lemon juice 2 lemons

Blend together coriander leaves,garlic cloves,green chilies and white cumin together.Mix this masala with yogurt.

Marinate chicken in this yogurt mixture and keep in fridge for maximum 2 days or atleast 2 hours.

Now heat half cup oil in a non stick frying pan.

Shallow fry chicken pieces till golden.

Heat a wok and cook the gravy with 1/4 C of oil.

When gravy start boiling add chicken pieces in it and cook covered on med flame.

When oil comes on top sprinkle lemon juice on it and Serve.
