Recipe for Tandoori Chicken Kababs With Saffron Rice
Ingredients
- SAFFRON RICE:
- Boiled rice 2 cups
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water ¼ cup
- Yellow color pinch
- Saffron essence ¼ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tandoori Chicken Kababs:
- Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Onion 2 cut into wedges
- Capsicum 2 cut into cubes
Cooking Directions
Heat oil add boiled rice with Water ¼ cup, Yellow color pinch, Saffron essence ¼ tsp, Salt ½ tsp mix well, leaves it on dum for 10 minutes.
Serve with tandoori chicken kababs.
Chop chicken breast into cubes, marinate with lemon juice, yogurt, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander and green chilies, leave it for 30 minutes put on skewers.
Alternating with onion and capsicum, pan fry till done.
Serve tandoori kabab skewers with saffron rice.
