• Basmati rice 2 cups
• Chopped Spinach 2 cups
• Small sized onion 1
• Green chilies 2
• Garlic 1 tsp
• Tara garam masala 1 tsp
• Salt ½ tsp
• Oil 2 tbsp

Boil water with ½ tsp of salt in pan.

Now put 2 cups of rice in boiling water and strain.

In other pan boil 2cups of spinach, strain it and keep aside.

In 2 tbsp of oil saute 1 medium sized onion, 1 tsp of garlic for few seconds.

Now add spinch, 2 chopped green chilies, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp of tara garam masala and allow to fry for 3-4 min.

Then add boiled rice and toss them.

Delicious spinach rice is ready to serve.
