Recipe for Chicken Bread Roll
Ingredients
- Chicken tikka 1 cup
- Bread slices 8-10
- Chopped green chilies 3-4
- Chopped mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Chopped onions 1/4 cup
- Oil for deep frying
Cooking Directions
Shred 1 cup chicken and mix together with 3-4 chopped green chilies, 2tbsp mint leaves and ¼ cup chopped onions.
With the help of a rolling pin roll the bread slices and spread the chicken mixture on top.
Close each bread slice with a tooth pick and deep fry in a wok until crisp and brown.
Serve with chutney.
