Recipe for Murgh Chat Pata
Ingredients
- Chicken Karahi Piece ½ kg
- Chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Red chili flakes ½ tsp
- Chaat masala 2 tsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- French Fries 1 cup
Cooking Directions
Marinate ½ kg chicken in 2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp black pepper, ½ tsp salt, ½ red chili flakes and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and leave it for 2-3 hours.
Take 4 tbsp oil in the pan and add the chicken in it.
Cook it on a low flame and cover the pan for half an hour.
Then cook it on a high flame.
When the color changes to golden brown dish it out sprinkle 2 tsp chaat masala and serve it with 1 cup French fries.
