Recipe for Quick Jelly Cake
Ingredients
- 1 Cake Sponge
- 1 tin Pine apple
- 1 tin Condensed milk
- 1 cup Pine apple juice
- 2 packets Cream
- 2 packets Red jelly
- 50 gm Walnut
- 50 gm Almond
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
Cooking Directions
In a bowl put together 1 tin Condensed milk, 1 cup Pine apple juice, 2 packets Cream and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence. Beat well.
Separately cook 2 packets red jelly and leave it to cool.
Cut 1 sponge cake into thin slices.
Now put one piece of cake in a serving dish.
Pour beaten cream on top. Spread 1/2 tin of pine apple chunks, jelly pieces, chopped almond and pistachio mixture and cover with the other piece of cake.
Again top with remaining pine apple chunks, jelly pieces, chopped almond and pistachio mixture.
Serve chilled.
