Recipe for Badami Chicken Leg
Ingredients
- Chicken Leg Pieces-1 kilo
- Lemon Syrup-5 tbsp
- Red Pepper Powder-2tbsp
- Yogurt-1/2 cup
- Cream-4tbsp
- Almonds Paste-4tbsp
- Corn Flour-1cup
- Ginger/Garlic Paste-2tbsp
- Coriander (chopped)-1/2 bunch
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves-2tbsp
- Egg-3
- Oil-for frying
- Salt-to taste
- For Garnishing
- Chaat masala-as required
- Lemon Syrup-as required
- Salad Leaves-as required
Cooking Directions
First of all apply cut on leg pieces.
Now take a mixing bowl and put red pepper, lemon syrup, salt, dried fenugreek leaves, ginger/garlic paste, salt mix it well and marinate leg pieces.Leave it for 1 hour.
After that put corn flour, almond paste, egg, cream, yogurt,in leg pieces and mix it well.
Take a pan heat up oil in it and deep fry chicken leg over a slow flame.
Garnish it with salad leaves served it with lemon and chaat masala.
