• Chicken boneless ½ kg
• Green chilies chopped 8
• Fresh cream 1 packet
• Cottage cheese (grated) 2 packets
• Oil ½ cup
• Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
• Roasted white cumin powder 1 tsp
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste

In ½ kg chicken add salt to taste and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to mix.

In a wok heat 2 tbsp oil and add 2 packets of grated cottage cheese to cook.

Then add 1 packet fresh cream to mix.

Then add fried chicken, 8 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp black pepper crushed and 1 tsp roasted white cumin powder to cook and serve hot with bun and butter.
