• Pita bread 5
• Onion 1
• Diced tomatoes 1
• Cheddar and mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
• Chicken tikka pieces 1/2 cup
• Finely chopped capsicum 1
• Dried oregano 1 tsp
• Ketchup 3 tbsp
• Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp

Place the pita bread on a baking tray.

Spread the chili garlic and tomato sauce on each slice of pita.

Top with the chicken, capsicum, and tomatoes.

Sprinkle the oregano and cheese on top.

Bake at 200C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts.

Slice into triangles with the help of a pizza cutter and serve,
