Recipe for Thai Fish Pattie
Ingredients
- Fish Fillets 300 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper ½ tsp
- Chopped green onion 2-3 sticks
- Green chilies 2-3
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper ½ tsp
- Lemon leaf 1-2
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Salad leaves to garnish
Cooking Directions
Chop together 300 gm fish fillets, 1 tbsp garlic paste, ½ tsp white pepper, 2-3 sticks green onion, 2-3 green chilies, 2 tbsp soya sauce, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1-2 lemon leave, 2 tbsp oil and some salt in the chopper and make a paste.
Make kababs out of it and steam them and then fry.
Garnish it with salad leaves.
