Recipe for Chicken chow mein

Ingredients

  • Eggs Noodles (boiled)- 1/2packet
  • Chicken boneless (cubes)-250 grams
  • Prawns-250 grams
  • Onion (chopped)-1
  • Capsicum-1
  • Spring Onion-2 to 3
  • Soya sauce-3 tbsp
  • Corn flour-2tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped)-2 to 3 cloves
  • Ginger (chopped)-1 inch piece
  • Black pepper (grinded)-1tsp
  • Chinese salt-1/3tsp
  • Chicken stew-2 cup
  • Oil-4tbsp
  • Salt-to taste

Cooking Directions

Take a pan and add noodles in it. Then add 2tbsp of oil and boil it for 3 to 5 minutes then after boiling, remove the noodles from hot boiling water and transfer it to the cold water and keep it aside.

After that pour oil in another pan and then fry half of the noodle in the pan.

Then take a serving dish and put boiled noodle first and then the crispy noodle.
Take a pan and add oil in it and then in the pan fry ginger and garlic and onion.

Then add chicken and fry it for 2-3 minutes.

After that add prawns and fry it for another 2-3 minutes, then add soya sauce, black pepper, salt and Chinese salt and also add chicken stew into it.

When it starts to boil add vegetables in it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Take corn flour and mix it in water and stir it slowly till it gets thick put it on the noodles.

Then as soon as it’s cooked serve the noodles on the plate and garnish it with spring onions.
