• Flour 1 cup
• Castor sugar 1 cup
• Oil ½ cup
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Milk 1 cup
• Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Egg 2
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
• Ingredients for Caramel :
• Whipped cream 2 cup
• Sugar ½ cup
• Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
• Cream 1 cup

In a bowl beat together 1 cup castor sugar, ½ cup oil, 1 cup flour, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 2 tsp baking powder.

Pour mixture in an oven proof dish and bake in microwave oven for 5 minutes.

In a pan put together 1 cup cream, ½ cup sugar and 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Cook till caramel sauce is thickened.

Put cake pieces in a platter. Spread juice of fruit cocktail on top.

Now spread 2 cup whipped cream on top. Lastly top with fruit cocktail.

Garnish with caramel sauce and serve.
