Recipe for Pista Qalakand
Ingredients
- 300 gm Powder milk
- 300 gm Icing sugar
- 500 gm Cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup Pistachios
Cooking Directions
Take out 2 tbsps of pistachios and grind the rest to a paste.
In a mixing bowl combine together the milk powder, cottage cheese, pistachio paste and icing sugar.
Spread the mixture onto a square microwave proof dish and heat at 100 C for 10 minutes. Allow the qalakand to cool.
Garnish with chopped pistachios, cut in to squares and serve.
