Recipe for Korean Style Beef
Ingredients
- Beef undercut ½ kg
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Worchester sauce 2 tbsp
- Fruit vinegar 2 tbsp
- Brown sugar 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame oil 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 3 – 4
- Spring onion 1
- Red capsicum 1
- Boiled rice 100 gm
Cooking Directions
Cut ½ kg beef undercut into slices, marinate with 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp sauce, 2 tbsp fruit vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, salt to taste and 1 tsp crushed black pepper.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 – 4 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 capsicum cut into cubes, fry till soft. Turn the flame off.
Separately fry marinated beef with a little oil till golden brown.
Then add to the capsicum mixture.
Also add 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp sesame seeds and 1 chopped spring onion.
Fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice.
