Recipe for Vegetable And Egg Pulao
Ingredients
- Boiled eggs 4
- Potatoes 4
- Rice 2 cups
- Oil 1 cup
- Peas1 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Grated carrot 2
- Green chilies 4
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste1 tbsp
- All spices a required
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Small cardamom 4
- Salt to taste
- Onion 3
- For stock:
- Water 3 cups
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Garlic 1
- Onion 1
- Ginger1 small piece
- Salt to taste
- Big cardamom 2
- Black pepper 4
- Fennel seeds1 tsp
Cooking Directions
Add in 3 cup water boil the rice with fennel seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, salt, cardamom and black pepper. Boil the eggs. Take some oil in the pan and add in onion.
Golden fry them. Take out have of the onion and add in ½ cup yogurt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp cumin and all spice powder in the pan. Add in peas and carrot. Add in stock and bring it to boil.
Add in rice and simmer it. Add in deep fried potatoes and shallow fried eggs. Garnish it with onion and serve
