• Cheese 120 gm (cheddar or mozzarella)
• Plain flour 2 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tsp (chopped)
• Egg 1
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Baking powder 1 tsp
• Milk or water 2 tbsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Nigella seeds 1 pinch
• Bread 8-10 (Sliced)
• Oil for frying

Add cheese, chopped garlic, egg, salt, baking powder, milk or water, mustard paste, black pepper and nigella seeds in a bowl.

Mix well.

Spread this cheese mixture on one slice of bread.

Now put another slice of bread over it and press gently.

Now slice off the edges of bread.

Heat a little oil in a drying pan and shallow fry the sandwiches till crisp and golden.

Serve delicious bread square with ketchup and french fries.
