Recipe for Moti Kheer
Ingredients
- Rice 125 gm
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon powder a pinch
- Laddu 2
- Sugar 125 gm
- Milk ½ liter
- Khoya 125 gm
- Almond 25 gm (chopped)
- Pistachio 25 gm (chopped)
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Cooking Directions
Boil rice with a little water and mash with a spoon.
In wok heat milk, add in almond, pistachio, boiled mashed rice and sugar.
Cook till thickens. Add khoya, cardamom powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder and saffron.
Stir continuously till thickens.
Lastly crush laddu and add to the kheer mixture.
Dish it out and serve.
