• Boiled macaroni 2 cups
• Potatoes ½ cup (boiled, mashed)
• Onions 1 (cubes)
• Green Chilies 5 (crushed)
• Coriander 2 tbsp (crushed)
• Mint leaves 2 tbsp (chopped)
• Salt 1 tbsp
• Sweet corn 2 tbsp
• Capsicum 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
• Bread slices 6
• Cheddar cheese 1 cup
• Ketchup as required

Mix boiled macaroni, potato, onion, green chillies, coriander, mint leaves, salt, sweet corn, capsicum in a bowl.

Spread on the bread slices. Top with cheddar cheese and ketchup.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes till cheese melts.

Delicious Macaroni Sandwiches are ready to serve.
