Recipe for Achari Aloo
Ingredients
- 250 g baby Potatoes
- 50 g mustard dal
- 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp Amchoor powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp Mustard oil Salt as per taste
Cooking Directions
Boil the potatoes, peel and cut.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and when it smokes, remove from heat.
Add the potatoes and all the spices. Mix well.
Achaari aloo is ready.
