Recipe for Spanish Cold Pasta Salad

- Potatoes boiled & cubed 1 cup
- Carrot boiled & cubed 1/2 cup
- Green peas boiled 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- Hard boiled eggs 2
- Raisins 2 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Add all ingredients in bowl except eggs and mix it nicely.
Then garnish with eggs and serve cold.
