• Cabbage 1
• Boiled peas 1 cup
• Fresh cream 1 cup
• Cucumber 2 sliced
• Carrots 3 boiled
• Potatoes 3 medium
• Apples 3
• Raisins 1/2 cup
• Salt to taste
• Pineapple cubes of 1 tin
• Mayonnaise 1 small pack
• White pepper powder 1 tsp
• Sugar 1/2 tbsp

In a mixing bowl, add julienne sliced cabbage, chopped carrots, boiled and chopped potatoes, boiled peas, apples chopped into square shapes, pineapple cubes and 2 finely sliced cucumbers and mix them all.

Then add white pepper powder, salt to taste, sugar, fresh cream and mayonnaise and mix well.

Top with sautéed raisins and refrigerate for as long as it take for your salad to be thoroughly chilled.
