Recipe for Sibiya
Ingredients
- 1/2 kilogram beef of undercut
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
Cooking Directions
Wash the meat and boil it by adding salt, oil, coriander powder, red chili powder and 1 cup water.
Add a pinch of Chinese salt if you are used to of it.
When water is about to dry and oil starts leaving.
Now start stirring the cooked meat gently until oil completely leaves the meat.
Now sibbiya is ready to eat.
Try it with chapatti or it is best taste enhancer for daal chawal.
