Recipe for Crunchy French Toast
Ingredients
- Bread Slices 2
- Eggs 1
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Sugar as desired
- Kellogg’s Almond Cornflakes (crush them with hand) 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon Powder pinch
Cooking Directions
Add egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon powder in a bowl and beat till sugar dissolves.
Now coat bread with egg mixture and then coat one side with corn flacks and fry them in oil but flakes side needs to be fried first.
Fry on medium to low flame to get that crunchy effect.
Serve hot.
