Recipe for Ladu Pethiya
Ingredients
- Chana daal 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala 1/2 tsp
- For Khubani Ki Chutney:
- Khubani 1 cup
- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Red chilli 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/4
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Red food colour 3 drops
- For Green Chutney:
- Coriander 1 cup
- Mint 1/2 cup
- Green chilli 3
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Clove 2
- Vinegar 3 tbsp

- For Garnishing:
- Radish 2 cup
- Salad leave
- Chat masala:
- (red chilli 1/2 cup, cumin 1/2 cup, coriander 1/2 cup grind all)
Cooking Directions
Soak chana daal for about 3 hours.
Grind daal with out water.
Add red chilli, salt and chaat masala mix well.
Put in oil and fry well.
For Khubani Ki Chutney:
Soak khubani in 1 glass of water.
Add this khubani with water in pan.
Put sugar, salt, chat masala and chilli cook it for 10 minutes.
Deseed khubani and blend it in blender chutney is ready.
Green Chutney:
Blend all ingredients in blender.
Serving:
In a plate put daal pethi and yogurt green chutney, khubani chutney, radish leaves and chat masala ladu petheya is ready to serve.
