Recipe for Cashew Nut Chicken Masala
Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg (korma style cutting)
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Chopped cashew nut ½ cup
- Chopped green chili 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chopped tomato 2
- Cinnamon 1 piece
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chopped star anise ½ tsp
- Cardamom 4
- Milk 1 cup
- Ghee 1 cup
Cooking Directions
In frying pan heat ghee and add chicken. Fry well.
Blender, ginger garlic, cashew nut, chopped green chilies, yogurt along with tomatoes. Mix well.
Add in chicken and cook.
Now add cinnamon, red chili powder, salt, chopped star anise, cardamoms along with milk.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken tender and oil comes on top.
Turn off the flame and serve.
