Recipe for Egg Shami Kabab

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilogram beef
  • 250 grams split bengal gram (chanay ki daal)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon all spices powder
  • 10 green chilies for making paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 4 egg, 2 boil and 2 beaten
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup mint and coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 onion normal size, finely cut
  • 2 tablespoon red chili, crushed

Cooking Directions

First of all boil meat and split Bengal gram by adding ginger garlic paste, coriander powder ,crushed red chili and green chilies, 1 finely cut onion, 1/2 tablespoon all spices powder.

When meat and Bengal gram (chana daal) get boiled add salt in it.

Now grind the meat and split Bengal gram and add remaining all spices powder (garam masala powder) and black pepper, 1 finely cut onion and finely cut mint and coriander leaves.

Add Chinese salt in little quantity if you are used to of it otherwise don’t use it.

Now mix this whole mixture properly.

Now cut the boiled eggs in small pieces.

Now make kebabs from this mixture by keeping some pieces of boiled egg in the center of the kebab (like we do in cutlets by putting minced meat in the center of crushed potatoes).

And give elliptical or oval shape to the kebab.

Now take 2 eggs in a bowl and add corn flour, 1 pinch salt and black pepper in it and beat them.

Now first cover your kebab with bread crumb and then dip it in egg and fry them till it gets light brown.

In this way you can make a very delicious n crispy kebabs which are easy to prepare and delicious to eat.
