Recipe for Bhindi Pyaz Masala
Ingredients
- 1 kg bhindi
- 250 gm onion thinly sliced
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 tsp crushed red chill
- 1 tbsp chopped green chillies
- 1-1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp or less chopped raw Mango
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp white cumin
- Oil as required
Cooking Directions
Wash bhindi and cut into small size.
Heat oil in a wok add onion and saute till transparent remove from oil set aside.
In the same oil, add cumin tomatoes chili, salt and turmeric and cook till oil separates.
Now add bhindi and chopped green chili and cook without cover and dont add water.
Add Kari and fried onion and mix well.
Cook for another 5 mins,be careful the color of okra couldn''t be changed it should remain green not black.
Serve hot with chapati.
