Recipe for Rice flour snack
Ingredients
- Rice Flour 4 cups
- Urad dal 1 cup
- Ghee or butter 1 tablespoon
- Chilli powder 1 teaspoon ( more or less according to taste)
- Ajwain seeds 1 teaspoon
- Cumin and Coriander powder 1 /2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Cooking Directions
Take a kadhai and roast the urad dal for few minutes.
Grind it into fine powder and mix it with rice flour.
Take warm water and mix chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, Ajwain seeds, salt and some butter or ghee and knead it into a soft dough.
Heat oil in a pan and press the dough through the small holes to make noodle shaped.
Deep fry till golden brown and take them out on paper towel.
Store in air tight container.
