Recipe for Masala Wadas
Ingredients
- Tur dal 1 cup
- Urad dal 1/2 cup
- Chana dal 1/2 cup
- Green chillies (chopped finely) 3
- Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Salt to taste
Cooking Directions
Soak all the dals together for 3-4 hours.
Then grind them finely with the other masalas,
adding chopped green chillies and salt.
Mix well with a hand beater for a few minutes.
Then form into wadas and deep fry till golden brown.
