Recipe for Mughali Kebab
Ingredients
- 1Kg. Boneless Mutton, cubed
- 8 Small Onions
- 8 Cloves Garlic
- 1" piece of ginger
- 1 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 21/2 cups Milk
- 21/2 cups Cream
- 4 Cardamoms
- 20 Almonds
- 10 Pistachios
- 6 dry Red Chillies
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp. Cumin, roasted
Cooking Directions
Grind Ginger, garlic, cumin, chillies and coriander leaves to a fine paste.
Add salt to taste and rub this paste on to the mutton cubes.
Marinate for 4 hours.
Grill or cook the meat until dry in a pan on a low flame.
Serve with sauce
Sauce Preparation :
In a saucepan heat the oil. Add milk, cream, finely crushed almonds and pistachios.
Mix well and cook till slightly thickened.
