• Chicken 1 kg
• Onions, diced 4
• Onions, sliced 2
• Tomatoes, diced 6
• Capsicum, diced 1
• Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
• Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
• Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
• Salt1 tsp
• Coriander powder1 tsp
• Oil2 tbsp

Heat oil, add sliced onions, sauté, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric,

coriander and half the tomatoes, once tomatoes are done, add in chicken and sauté, add salt, let cook till chicken is done.

In another pan heat very little oil add tomatoes, capsicums, diced onions, sprinkle garam masala, let sauté very little time, add on the cooked chicken and mix and serve with rice.
