• 4 tbsp Butter
• 1 kg Chicken
• 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 5-6 Green chillies
• 4 Tomatoes
• 1/2 cup Cream
• 1/2 tsp Crushed cumin
• 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
• 1 cup Yogurt
• 2-3 tbsp Sesame paste
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• All spice powder
• 1 tsp Crushed red chilli
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 bunch Green coriander

Take ghee in a pot, add ginger garlic paste and keep stirring till golden.

Add chicken, mix and cover it for a while. Remove the cover and fry it, now add sliced tomatoes, milk and cover it again.

Mix together yogurt, cream, sesame paste salt, crushed black pepper, crushed red chillies, all spice powder, crushed cumin in a bowl.

Add this mixture in the chicken and fry well. Put butter before putting off the flame and garnish with chopped green coriander.
